Burma Gallery

The final leg in Rolf's two-year Asia loop was Burma, a beautiful (and politically-repressed) Buddhist nation that spans the physical and cultural gap between India and Thailand. In Mandalay, Rolf bought a Chinese-made one-speed bicycle and rode it down the Irrawaddy River valley in the hopes of reaching Rangoon. Below is a sampling of what he saw along the way.
